Client: FCShelter

Project Request:
There were two projects for this client the first one leading to the second.

First Project – Client requested help as their site was down and had been compromised with malware. They needed their site recovered and the malware removed and protected against. After recovering and cleaning the site client made the second project request.

Second Project: Create a new WordPress based site with data from old site on a simpler hosting solution and make it so that we can manage it ourselves. The new site should include a blog/article section, integrated donations using our existing donation service and a secure staff area for scheduling and resource allocation.

Solution Provided:

Project 1: We recovered the client’s site and cleaned the malware bringing the site back to normal operation.

Project 2: We offered the client a new custom WordPress website with plugin for non-profit management which included secure staff schedule and resource tracking. In addition, we integrated the clients existing donation account into the website so donations could be made directly on the site. This was done using our own internal hosting simplifying the clients experience.
Total price of project: $1000

Outcome:
This solution exceeded the clients expectations in that it meet their requirements but also exceeded them given that we were able to offer a full non-profit management solution tied into the new website. Client can update staff and clients about hours, events and changes as well as take donations and track information necessary for staff.

“This was a project where our website was down and we needed someone to assess the situation and provide a solution. NP Systems did that successfully and quickly and provided additional useful recommendations which we decided to take advantage of and now have a new simpler more efficient site on a new affordable hosting plan. They were professional, very responsive in communicating, and had a sense of humor. I would definitely work with them again.”
