How we work with you
Individual Projects
The bulk of our work is project based. This might include a new website, a new web app, a new cloud solution etc. During a free consultation we find out what you need and what your goals are and then we offer a quote for the complete price of the project. Our quotes are never exceeded unless you add more work after the fact or change the agreed upon time frame.
You will always know in advance what you are paying and what it includes, no surprises!
Monthly Service Plans
We also offer some of our services via monthly service plans which can include:
- Web Hosting for your site
- Regular Maintenance of your site, app or project
- Monitoring your site for outages or cyberattack
- Technical support for any services we provide or other agreed upon technology including support for your small office.
The price of the monthly plan is tailored to your specific needs and offered as a quote after the consultation. Monthly service plans allow you to budget for maintenance and support and ensure your systems and services are covered at all times.
Troubleshooting and Support
We are your go-to tech resource whenever you need help!
Technical support beyond what is included in a project is available by monthly support contract or by individual support incident. It includes support for any product or service we provide or any other that is agreed upon in a contract. Monthly support contracts contain a set number of support hours per month and individual support incidents are billed at an agreed upon hourly rate.
Technical Support is included with most projects to the point where the final product is delivered and final payment is made. Any technical issues due to errors or oversights on our part are rectified immediately and without charge.

Pricing and Payment Information
Most services are billed on a per project basis based on a fixed quote for that project. This is determined based on a free consultation.
The price for monthly service plans is billed based on a fixed monthly rate that is determined from the number of service hours required and the types of service offerings needed.
All billing and payment is handled electronically through our secure payment provider – Stripe
We do not accept checks, cash payments or purchase orders. Billing is generated through Stripe business invoicing and is payable with any major debit or credit card.
Payment is due at the time of service or according to agreed upon payment dates for projects and monthly plans.
